Just ...I made crockpot teriyaki chicken yesterday! Just a few ckn breasts with some soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey and ckn broth...low for a few hours and then it shredded right apart! We had ours with rice and broccoli! Yum! And today, I threw a cheap beef roast in the crockpot with broth, cumin, chili pepper, salt, garlic powder and pepper...low for 8ish hours and then shredded it!
