how about that exercise?

well, it's week two of the mom walk challenge.

my results? i walked twice (not three times) and came in at about 2.5 miles. my last walk was thwarted by a cold & a crazy cold front. but i did do an exercise video one day. and, well, i think that counts. so overall, i did pretty well! :)

i definitely ended this week feeling encouraged. i set a goal and came out (mostly) successful. what's more, it seems to be spilling into quite a few other areas of my life that i feel that i've been lacking in discipline lately.

oh, and a certain little boy has thoroughly enjoyed the play breaks.




here's to another week of happy & healthy living. forecasted flurries and all. we'll see how it goes.
