a little bit of lately.

not too much has gone on except for adjusting and recovering, but here's a bit of our life over the past two weeks.

norah is doing so well, and is such a sweet addition to our little family. while it's had it's challenges, this has been a sweet season of learning how to live as a family of four.

and my heart is overflowing.

our weekend [in pictures].

happy monday tuesday! oh, time has been flying by so quickly these days. there has been so much going on in our little lives. to try to capture these moments, i decided to start chronicling our weekends (in photos). and with that, i learned something.

i am terrible at remembering to take pictures. 

but i'm trying. so here's our weekend (sans a few events).

thankfully, we had a quiet morning saturday. coen ate breakfast while creeping on the neighbors.

then, he ate lunch by himself! big boy likes ketchup.

he partied hard. & stayed up late. 

this is what happens when you stay up too late. at church, you lounge on the wall. by yourself. for five minutes. then, you lay on the nasty ground.

we're trying to be patient, but we're ready for a nap.

[insert family over for dinner.]

obviously, come monday morning, this mama wasn't ready to wake up so early. but the large cat was hungry (surprise, surprise).

nick has been the busiest of all, i think. that's still going to take a little bit of getting used to. i keep thinking he's just going to faint or something. i'm trying not to hover. because, by god's grace, he is doing just fine.

me? i'm on my third cup of coffee for the day. but who's counting?
